Armaf Delivery & Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling 

            - Please allow 1-3 business days for any purchase to be processed and shipped.  

            - We only ship Monday-Friday, we do not ship on the weekends nor holidays.  

Order Tracking: 
We will update your order with tracking information once your package has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@armafusa.com. 

Delivery Rates and Destinations: 

            - Free delivery is available when you spend $75 or more 

            - We currently deliver to all regions within the United States. 

Out of Stock: 
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email. 
 

Cash on Delivery: 

Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery is not available in the U.S. at this time. Please select from our other available payment methods during checkout. 

Special Instructions: 

There is a text box at checkout where you can add any notes or special instructions for your order. 

Damaged Goods:  

If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@armafusa.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 
 

Disclaimer:  

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is complete and correct. Armaf USA will not be liable for lost/stolen packages due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address. In the case that you provide an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@armafusa.com to make the corrections necessary.  

Any orders that are returned by the shipping carrier due to incorrect/incomplete address or for being unclaimed at delivery, we will have to charge a fee to ship the order once again. If you decide to request a cancelation/refund instead, we will cancel/refund your purchase less a shipping fee for the first shipping attempt once it has been returned to us by the shipping carrier.
